I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years. This was by far the greatest experience I have ever had in my life. Posted hours are 9:30a but when i arrived at 9:25a every seat was full and my wait was nearly an hour. When I asked for an explanation I was told that some technicians may have had 9a appts and they must have turned on the open sign then. Very discouraging.
