TOP NAILS

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDo NOT go here. The lady was so rude after telling her she was over drilling my nails and I was in pain. On top of that TWO nails broke in less than a week getting them done (Christmas Eve…….it’s not even NYR!). Paying 60+ for nails for them to break in half is ludicrous.The first picture broke TODAY right after I got my right index finger repaired at a different shop. I do not live in Dayton therefore I could not go back so I had to get a different color just so I am not looking crazy on vacation all for the thumb to break! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSUN WAS AMAZING!!I went to ProNails spent 107.00 on gel/set/pedi and they looked horrible, nail to wide,, lump in my nails, toes nails not even trimmed the way I like them Short, she just shaped them, was out in 30mins with all that,, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, and I didn’t feel comfortable with the uncleanness of the place, went in to Top Nails for a fill in and to see if they could fix them,lady at the front desk was super nice and even helped me pick out my color, which they have so many to choose from!! I was placed with Sun he asked what we can do for you, I politely said can you please fix theses make them look natural, and he did just that, he was gentle, listened, didn’t cut me all up and took his time which meant alot to me because I had been with my other tech for 18yrs and HATED to leave her and he met all my standards.
