So not ever go there, I hadn’t been there in a little because they were horrible before and have been since I started going there in 2015. I try here and there to get my nails done there because it’s closer to me!!! However everytime is a big disappointment!!!! I was being optimistic this visit, However this time took the cake!!!! They charged me 55 dollars to destroy my nails then said they would fix but they charge more!!! It looks like I have stubby half inch thick nails one already fell off and it’s only been 7 days!!!

Went to get a fill in and the lady was very rude when I asked her to just put a clear coat on top of my French manicure. Made me pay before she would even finish because I simply asked her to just put a clear coat on instead of painting them… It’s sad that they do people this way. No wonder they have no customers… 0/10 do not recommend this place at all.

We had to wait a while which is totally fine seeing that there are only 2 people working and they managed to take all the walkins and still get everyone out in a reasonable amount of time. Good service, love the nails everytime. Super sturdy.

my experience was AWFUL. i told the man i wanted acrylics and he asked me what color and i told him i wanted white. he starts doing my nails and only does the tips white and when i kindly told him that i asked for it all to be painted white, he starts yelling at me saying that was what i asked for when it was not. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. that is not how you should treat your customers. Then he made me pay an extra $15 to paint them white which took an extra 5 minutes. i get it that it was a misunderstanding, but you should not sit there and yell at a paying customer and tell them they are wrong. it cost me $75 to get short white acrylic nails when they told me on the phone it would be $45. they also did a terrible job. needless to say i will not be going back again.

I wish I can give this place below zero star rating. Worst place I have visited for manicure. No customer service or manners. The kind of service I have received is below average. The reviews are totally correct. Save your time and money!!!

This place is an absolute joke!!! Went in with my daughter to get fillins. The man took 87.94 then another 40$ a tried to take another 40$. Then when I left he would not let my daughter out of the building. Called the cops an said we didn’t pay. I have my bank information showing he took the money an my receipts. Very rude very unprofessional!!!!

The pedicures are fine but I decided to treat myself for my birthday today and get a sns manicure and it will be first n last time I get a manicure here. The lady was rude and when I asked her to fix stuff she said I’m to picky it’s fine. Now me being the paying customer of $50 for the service should be happy not just told it’s sufficient to suit her needs. Never again will I go here for manicure and do not recommend anyone else use them either unless you like the person being rude to you and not doing a good job

Literally went in for a full in and it cost me $47 dollars, JUST TO GET FILLED IN!!! Could of got a whole new set for that at another shop. Definitely expensive and not worth it, my polish didn’t even cover my whole nail. It would of been a extra $15 to shape the nails. Will not be going back or suggesting this place to anyone. Bad business.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I Have been going here for years and I used to love the service but in the last few months they have been bad. Last month I paid $54 for a fill in and to get the tips painted and she was rushing through the process not even letting the UV lamp go for a full 30 seconds on each hand and within 6 hours they looked terrible. I went back the next day and he did fix them free of charge. Yesterday I called and got an appointment for 6 but I wasn’t called back until almost 7:30 then he started taking the old nails off and stopped midway to call the next person back while I waited watching him do her nails. The woman then came to finish mine and told me I needed to pay before she started I told her I wanted the service before I paid for it since last time she did that and they were horrible and her husband always waits until he’s done to have you pay. She then started yelling at me and told me to get out and he said it was my fault they didn’t turn out good. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
