Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an SNS full set on Saturday 3/6/21 with the lady at the salon. I showed her what I wanted and asked if she could do it before I chose the nails and design. She reassured me that she could do it and that it would be easy! The nails I wanted were dipped tips with a daisy design on each nail. Firstly, the dip was so uneven and poorly done, it was terrible. Secondly, the “daisies” didn’t even have the petals connected and quite honestly looked like a young child had painted them on—not to mention she rushed the whole time. Finally, she charged me $65.00 for a set of nails that when I showed all my friends and family, their response was “you paid for those?” It was just a bad experience and I’m not one to complain, but this was atrocious.
