I’m new to Madison Ms and after visiting several nail salons in Madison and the surrounding areas I’ve finally found an excellent nail shop. Lisa is amazing! She does beautiful work and she has a beautiful personality to go along with it. Everyone in the shop was super friendly. If your looking for a new nail shop this is the place to be! Owner used to be very good. But lately (year or so) she is always late on Saturday mornings. Never apologize, and her work is definitely not the same. and She is rude and will not listen to what you want or need. Also, does not take time to smooth the nails before polishing. Today I was in and I ask her not to file on the sides because I wear the square and of course, there she is filing on the sides and not smoothing them out. I had a small crack on one finger and she never allowed me to show her. If you actually what a professional job done, this is not the place anymore!!!

I happened to b In canton city so went this local Top nails but regretted. After my pedicure I found out that they don’t even sanitize the tools used on you. They were Just rinsed under water for seconds and used again. So wrong, so unlawful, accor. to MS cosmetology board. Don’t go such places if health concerns you like me.

I visited this shop on July 5, 2019. It was the worst experience of my life. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to me for no particular reason. I had to call on the name of Jesus to keep from crying! I pray that no one else have this horrible experience.
