Critical: QualityThe man that was doing mine did not cut my nails down to start with, I have previous pieces of acrylic on my nails that he did not take off. He put my nails on with out putting glue underneath the tips. When I questioned him he told me to go sit and wait and I told the other lady that I would pay for the 4 tips he had put on but I didn’t want to continue. The man that was doing mine did not cut my nails down to start with, I have previous pieces of acrylic on my nails that he did not take off. He put my nails on with out putting glue underneath the tips. When I questioned him he told me to go sit and wait and I told the other lady that I would pay for the 4 tips he had put on but I didn’t want to continue. He needs to learn a new profession.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad 1:30 appointments, at 2:30 still not seen. A tech had her son running around and cursing the entire time we were there. Not once an apology for our wait or acknowledged that we were even waiting. We had to leave to make a hair appointment, and weren’t able to get our nails done here.

And she said what kind? I said I’m not really familiar with the different kinds I’ve always asked for a full set with powder? She repeated in a horrible unprofessional angry tone “WHAT DO YOU EVEN WANT” I just hung up and won’t be spending anymore money at this business. Get someone to answer your phone that doesn’t have a bad attitude. I’ve had my nails done here several times in the last couple years. I called to make an appointment for tomorrow and told the woman I wanted acrylic full set powder. And she said what kind? I said I’m not really familiar with the different kinds I’ve always asked for a full set with powder? She repeated in a horrible unprofessional angry tone “WHAT DO YOU EVEN WANT” I just hung up and won’t be spending anymore money at this business.
