I had not done my feet in some time at Top Nails since I’d been so Busy with work and this Covid-19 Madness, but this past Sunday 8/8 I went in to have their $45 Pckg and it was for sure needed. We work hard but at times forget to pamper ourselves and what a Great Decision it is to always go here, friendly/efficient and fast. Left my feet feeling like New ones, even got a short massage below my knees that made me more agile later in the day.

I went there today. Place is dirty. Prices are outrageous. The old guy that took off my acrylic nails tipped a piece of my actual nail while trying to take off the face ones. Doesn’t know how to paint nails and I think he thinks it’s construction rather than a nail salon. You don’t feel welcome or accommodated. It feels like an assembly line one goes in then out. They just trying to make money without putting in effort.

When I first walked in for my nail service the lady in the front told me acrylic full set was $35 with gel which was what i wanted. She then persuaded me to get a pedicure for another $20. The guy who did my toes missed a lot of spots, he used gel on my toes after i said i only wanted normal polish. After that i asked for cofin shape for my nails. I got pretty annoyed when the man who was doing my nails didnt flatten it out completely how i wanted, then he goes and charged me an extra $5 JUST FOR MY NAIL SHAPE. What is that?! Too expensive for the job i had done. Never going back again.

Visited with my retired dad. He loved his mani and pedi. I love my dip nails and my pedi. Great attention to detail, family like feeling. They don’t rush you. Great job.
