I came down to Florida to visit my family. I live in Texas where I get amazing nails done. As we all know we are women and Our favorite thing to do to make us feel beautiful is get our nails done. I walked in and the customer service started out wonderful. I told her I needed a new set because I wanted them pretty long and I needed them to be coffin shaped and I like them medium thick due to the length! They were so thick they were hurting my nail beds and the shape is clearly round. When she put the gel polish on my nails they all the sudden became round. I went back and asked her to reshape them.. SHE HANDED ME THE NAIL FILE TO RESHAPE MY OWN NAILS plus got extremely mad when I told her I did not have the strength to shape my own nails obviously that’s why we get them done in a nail salon. She sat me down and aggressively grabbed my hand and filed the side of my nails so hard that she pulled every bit of paint off the sides and I told her is there anyway you can repaint and she told me No! As I am a paying customer I should have got what I asked for and I even tipped her. I had to leave and go to another nail salon down the street where they were so professional and even told me that my hands looks like eagle talons (round) And that she did not even file them down and they could tell she did not shape them at all. They did a semi fix and did not even charge me!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL LOOKING NAILS!

I’ve been going to this place for years. I started going with my mom for mother-daughter days. Now I bring my friends here when we want our nails done. I’ve always had great service and I’ve always been very happy with the way my nails have turned out. Not sure why people say they are overpriced because I’ve checked around and the prices are all about the same.

I’ve gone to this place a few times before, and they did a great job I have someone new every time I go. I just went in today and got a full set with gel polish and they look absolutely horrible. It looks like a 10 year old did my nails. They are chunky, all different lengths and there is so much freaking glue stuck to my fingers. I made her redo one hand because she went crazy with the nail file and made my nails look super tiny. She rushed my nails and even still didn’t do a good job. This place just looks at customers as dollar bills. They don’t care about what ur nails come out to look like and if u like them as long as they get their money they’re happy. I will not be returning back to this horrible pLace

Do not recommend. Was charged 35$ for a gel manicure. Kinda overpriced if you ask me and the nail technician messed up and didn’t even offer a discount!! I didn’t even tip because that was ridiculous. They’re nice people but if you want something worth it then go somewhere else.

I walked in to get SNS (powder nails) the lady couldn’t even look up from her phone after asking, “what you getting”, to tell me they dont do dip nails. Thank goodness you don’t because i wouldn’t have gotten them done here with this rudeness.
