Walked in at 6pm looking for a dip nail to replace my current nails that were done horribly somewhere else. I asked the gentleman at the front if they had time since they closed at 7pm and he took me right back to his station right away. It was quiet, clean, organized with a relaxing and professional atmosphere. The gentleman Vu who had done my nails did a fantastic job, the look great. Very natural looking, shaped nicely and not too thick or too thin. I’ve had them less than 24 hours and already gotten compliments. So shiny and pretty too! Thank you Vu for a wonderful job I will most definitely be returning.

I’ve been here a few times and every time I go I deeply regret it. I feel that they rush every time. The lady I had didn’t want to take the time to soak off my old nails and tried to peel them off with one of their fake nails. It hurt sooo bad o kept moving my hand and she just kept grabbing it back and she left a whole in the middle of my real nail. After she finished I went to pay and when she was giving me my card back she then it at me.

I gotten my nails done short and simple, I wanted one word on one of my nails and the man who was doing my nails already was being rude but when I asked he completely let his attitude out. I find it unprofessional and I don’t see what’s the issue if I’m paying my money ? I’m not returning and much rather never went. .

I was a long time customer here and called a week in advance to get an appt. on Dec 23rd because I needed that specific day. When I got there I was told by the owner that my appt was in the book for Dec 22nd (clearly someone booked it wrong). Then he told me I would have to come back tomorrow. He did not care that I couldn’t come the following day and just let me walk out. They don’t have any regard for longstanding customers.

Second time trying them, and as you can see the nails are NOT even painted completely. I had two different spots literally bleeding on my fingers. The first time the paint job was much better but with the application of the acrylics 4 fingers were glued to the nails and the skin ripped off. It was my first time ever, so I thought I would give them a shot again for the fill in. Makes me think I will never do this again. Anywhere.

First time here with my mother-in-law for mother’s day. Helen was absolutely wonderful, we weren’t sure what we wanted and Helen suggested ombré with a clear chrome top. We absolutely love our nails and will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for a year. Even tho they do wonderful nails. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made an appointment and still has to wait at least a half hour for my person to be ready. Why make appointments if they don’t pay attention to the appointment book. Very unprofessional. And half the time I tell them I made an appointment they act shocked. It’s a shame. I won’t be back
