Five stars to the staff! And, the salon was very cute and clean. Not sure what happened, but I got the worst set of acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten in my life at this location. I looked through their Instagram and Google photos and their sets looked amazing! Used them for the first time on a Sunday since not many other places were open or had availability. My technician was extremely nice, but my new set turned out terrible. I kept trying to trust the process, but I have never seen his process ever before. Instead of using pink acrylic and then painting the french tips, he used a pink and then white acrylic to create the shape, which is almost impossible to create straight lines with. I ended up going to my normal salon and having them taken off the day after. Because he used two different acrylics and built the nail up so high to the point where it looked like it had grown out, it was extremely painful for the removal and I wasn’t able to have a new set put on.

They took their time and made sure everything was smooth. Only issue was the nail polish was slightly thick and didn’t set properly so a few dents were added on the way out. Overall a good experience however.

Horrible nail job. Went once before and they were really good. This time, I think it was a girl in training. I said oval, she did square but not very even. I wanted a design on one finger she asked if I wanted a flower I said no. swirls. Got a flower that I think my 4 year old grandson could have done better. So very disappointed. If they are learning on me, that’s fine but don’t charge $45. They should charge half.

FINALLY! I found a nail salon that can do my nails the way I actually want them done! I love getting my nails done, and my particular style is super awesome nail art & bling. It’d been impossible to find a nail tech that is capable of doing really incredible nail art until today. I finally found her at Top Nails. Not only did she fix the disaster my nails were, turning them into (no joke) the best nails I’ve ever had done… She did it at the end of the day AND they stayed open over an hour later than posted hours for me. My nails are friggin’ AMAZING, it’s ridiculous, and the price was honestly too low. I will never go to any one else for my nails again ever. THANK YOU SO MUCH TOP NAILS!!!

This place was really rude to me last time but I decided to give them a second chance today for something simple just eyebrows. They asked what I needed and I said eyebrows please and the lady said they could not take me. Like refused service. Really embarrassing, so I just left gracefully.
