If your looking to get your nails done here find somewhere else. They talk EXTREMELY too loud.. When we walked in the business the workers were doing each other’s nails. All gathered around chatting while we were waiting to get serviced. Another employee was eating in the chair just staring at us.. When we told them we weren’t getting serviced by them anymore on of the ladies that worked there hopped in the char and started to get her nails done. Just unprofessional..

Critical: ProfessionalismI brought my Daughter in to get a full set for her Military ball and the customer service was AWFUL!! We were the 2nd customers in the building and when the older short haired lady ask what we wanted, I told her she needed a full set, she looked at us like we were crazy and was very rude. She then went outside to smoke, another lady come in to get a full in and she went got her color and sat in the chair and said she needed hers done now. The older lady told her give her 5 min. She completely looked over my Daughters spot and let her go first. I have NEVER had an experience like I did in this place. We were the 2nd customers in the building and when the older short haired lady ask what we wanted, I told her she needed a full set, she looked at us like we were crazy and was very rude. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDid good on time, that’s bc they rush so they can just get you gone and not really pay attention to your nails, I got mine and my mothers done yesterday and they’re crooked, and they didn’t even paint the whole nail, they did my mother’s nails the same awful way. The girl that did our nails also had a bad attitude. Last time I went in the older lady with short hair did my nails the way I ALWAYS get them medium length stiletto shape….. I was VERY satisfied however today I let the younger lady do them and she would not do them how I usually get them and one on my nails are so crooked my finger looks deformed!!!

Went in for a nail fix on one nail. (All 9 other nails are white acrylic) When they asked what I needed I said “white acrylic”. I got clear acrylic with white polished on. [the dry powder was white and I thought it could go back white when it hardened & dried, I was WRONG!] And charged $5 for this. Mm.
