My gel polish is peeling off less than a week later. This was the 4th polish that was selected. The first one was old and sticky and the other 2 I picked out from the samples were not available. Service was $45 and i tipped $10…. for this. I will not return.

Employees were rude and very rough with my fill in and pedicure and extremely rushed when I was the only customer in there. I asked for SNS and ended up getting gel because employees did not communicate within each other. Pedicure is OVERPRICED and not worth it at all. Only reason I came is because my nail tech no longer does nails so I had to try somewhere new…. I will never come to this salon every again and also I am thinking about doing my own nails from now on.

You better call Tyrone. I’m very particular about my nails and took me a minute to find a salon & a nail tech that I loved! Top nails is definitely my go to salon now. My favorite nail techs are Tony and Tyrone. Prices are higher than I would like them to be but they are worth it.

Got gel nails w/French tip. Got it done on Thursday and nails were peeling Friday. Called to let Wendy the Manager/Owner know and she said come in tomorrow. I did they were closed due to family emergency. Went in Sunday showed Wendy and asked if I could pay the difference between gel and SNS she had the audacity to tell me I’ll have to pay the full price. WTH? Girl by!! You will respect my money or I will not do business with you. It’s that simple. Well they lost a customer.

I’ve been a customer at Top Nails for about 7 years. Now that the salon is under new management, the atmosphere is so much different! It’s more updated and modern as far as the look and the customer service is always good. Beautiful nail shop. Wendy always come through for me and has always showed top customer service.
