Candy and Hanh both do amazing work. I can just bring a picture of what I want, and Hanh replicates it each time. She’s super fast even though she’s texting the entire time you’re there. The two stars are for them. The pedicure is underwhelming and nothing special. If you come towards the end of the night, do not expect to get any designs, especially from the guy who works at the first chair by the door. He doesn’t even do an extra coat. I used to love this place, but unfortunately he has ruined it for me bc he didn’t think I could understand his language, but I did. Hope that joke at my expense was worth it for you, lo dit!

This is my regular nail salon it is close to home and convenient. You never know what you’re going to get at this location one day they will take their time on you the next they were rush you out of the door. Today I play musical chairs. I needed a manicure and pedicure and already had gel on both. I don’t like the fact that they charge to take the old gel polish off which I thought normally if you got it done at that location they will remove it for free if you’re getting it redone but I guess not. I walk in with no wait time, a few minutes later a gentleman walks in and they tell me I have to wait because one of the Techs Doesn’t or can’t work on men. After my pedicure the person places me with a young lady seemed as if she is new or still in training because she was very timid and slow and calculating every move she made and she didn’t look confident when I expressed I wanted French nail. I understand everyone has to learn but today was not the day. Oh and I was nicked/cut (blood) on a toe and a finger each person that worked on me cut me and they still charged me regular price I will be doing my research to try to find a new location.

Went on Thursday morning got nails done by the evening my middle finger had the polish falling off..they were closed. Went back Friday morning to get the gel on ONE nail polished….. after 30 min of watching others being helped and three people that arrived after me be seated I left. So disappointed with the oh well someone else will fill her spot attitude. Will NEVER go back. Customer Service was horrible and they are normally better than that!

Dont go here, I went in for a fillin my second time going here first time was ok. The tech wanted to use a towel that she had just used for a pedicure and then didn’t want to get a clean one that I requested her to so!! Did not ask what shape that I wanted, I have one hand square and the other round. I didn’t get any polish yet still charged 35 for a fill for super short nails?? I paid 40 for the new set!!! On top of that I had to go home and fix my nails!!! Dont go to this salon. Disrespectful

After going to Top Nails once and getting Kim as my technician, I’ve gone back ever since. Kim is super sweet, professional, and super talented. Every visit with her has been fantastic. She always executes every idea I bring to her flawlessly from long acrylic sets to short ones (pictured). I moved to Columbia in August and I was searching for a salon/tech in the area. After going to Top Nails once and getting Kim as my technician, I’ve gone back ever since. Kim is super sweet, professional, and super talented. Every visit with her has been fantastic. She always executes every idea I bring to her flawlessly from long acrylic sets to short ones (pictured). Critical: QualityVery nice people, but I am so disappointed that my nail has already chipped after 4 days and they are dip nails . Definitely feel like I wasted a lot of money for it to chip already. I also live two hours away, so I can’t get back there to get it fixed.

Top Nails is a customer friendly business. The service was excellent. I received a pedicure and back massage, a full set of nails and facial waxing! The foot massage was awesome. My nail Tech Quan was excellent,customer service, very attentive to my needs. Water was made especially per my instructions. My nails and toes look fabulous. My eyebrows are just how I like them natural looking but neat! Pricing was Great! As a whole I fully recommend Top Nails to everyone!!

First time here. There were two separate incidents with two other customers ahead of me. (Customer walking out without paying and another not receiving a complete service) Both were handled as well as it could’ve been handled. Drama aside.. my daughter’s nails turned out really nice. The lady was gentle with her and gave her the style/ design she asked for. We were walk ins but ther visit only took about an hr and some change. I’ll be going back for my nails soon.
