Top Nails is under new management and the owner & his brother are not only excellent and extremely meticulous at doing beautiful nail work but are both an absolute delight. You will feel welcomed and pampered. Although not a “posh” upscale look don’t let that keep you from trying this salon. The new owners have made some changes to brighten this space & take pride in their store. Very clean and sterile, more than fair prices and you will certainly be pleased with the service you receive.

I went to this nail solon today, due to my grandmother recommended this place to get our nails done. I have tried many solons since coming to NC. I currently live out of county, but attend school here in Wilmington. This will be my new nail spot! I wish I could remember the man that did my nails. I’ll cross my fingers he is there next time! He did an absolutely wonderful job! Definitely recommend!!! He took his time and made sure I was satisfied. My grandma has gone here previously, but said that the woman’s who did her browns and toes was by far the best. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

BEST NAIL SALON EVER. i cant even tell you how much I love the staff and everything else about it. such kind people and the work they do is so good. Salena is one of the kindest and most talented person i’ve ever gotten my nails done by. I moved out of Wilmington and have gotten my nails done at other places and not a single person can do the shape or the design or anything as good as her. truly love this company and the work they do. If you are second guessing going here, here if your sign to stop and get in ur car and go. Don’t know where these bad reviews come from but trust me on this best salon in wilmington. great prices too. and no i don’t know any of them personally and i’m not writing this bc anyone told me i just truly love this business. this picture is just one of the amazing work Salena has done i can’t find anymore pics 🙁

Critical: ProfessionalismI am assuming I had to deal with the owner who was rude and unprofessional. She was loud and kept speaking over me when I had an issue of an ingrown nail under an acrylic that was done horrible by her. Told me how it would be difficult to remove and can’t be done until a certain length when I was already in pain. Since coming to this location I felt it was going to be an issue here when they didn’t bother doing a pedicure correctly with cleaning or cutting that caused my feet to hurt within a week. When coming back for the removal, they did not bother soaking my foot or anything to remove it but instead stabbed at my nail to remove it.
