The older gentleman that started my pedicure was very nice, but rushed my service… then he had some lady paint my toes and my 4 year old niece could have painted them better than she did. She then proceeded to do my full set. My nails are uneven, way too short DOWN TO THE NUB, and again the paint job is horrible. She also glue part of the tip on my skin… she also rushed my service. Then I go to checkout and she didn’t even tell me to total, just jerked my card out of my hand and swiped my card. And generous me still tipped $10 for a $100 service that was definitely not worth $100. I will never be back.

My fiancé got a fill in and it was $44 bucks she didn’t even say the price or anything it’s listed on there as $18 or $25 with the gel. Never coming back. Yeah u can just walk in but there is a reason for that. Horrible place. Horrible service.

Critical: CleanlinessI gave this location two chances. My biggest turn off was to see them use the same drill durning a pedicure on two different people without disinfecting it. Another thing that is not sanitary is using the same nail file and buffer on different clients. I gave this location two chances. My biggest turn off was to see them use the same drill durning a pedicure on two different people without disinfecting it. Another thing that is not sanitary is using the same nail file and buffer on different clients. The staff is nice and professional but for risk of infection I will not be back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThus is the worst place I’ve ever gotten my nail done. When I walkedin, they looked at me like I didn’t belong there. I asked for round square nail shape and they were wide so I asked her to file them close. She got an attitude and was pushing my hand around. Then keep saying how much it was goingto be. I told her no problem each time. I asked for gel polish and shot clear polish and told me I could pay her. I’m a very .good tipper. Well she list a $20 tip. When I got my nails done by the daughter she did a good job. I went back and attempted to request that she does my nails again and was told that they don’t take request (I was willing to wait for her to finish her client, why can’t I choose who does my nails?). Against my better judgment I got my nails done and they looked TERRIBLE. These people are rude too…. very rude, to the point that you don’t want to leave a tip. The paint job on my nails were done by a different person and looked so terrible that I decided not to even get my toes painted (which I always get the same color on my nails and toes). Money wasted.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. I came in and was taken immediately which was great but i left very unsatisfied. I asked for a full set acrylic with shellac polish. I asked for short no flare tips. They are short but most definitely a flare. The ends were filed crooked which i asked multiple times for it to be fixed. Then the polish was rushed and you can still see the smudges underneath the top clear coat. There are bubbled up edges on the corners of my nails. And even though i asked for the underneath to be cleaned, they still looked like i had junk all underneath my nail. They did not push back my cuticles, so there is acrylic ON TOP of my skin.
