My sister and I did a walk in gel manicure almost two months ago and we were greeted and helped as soon as we stepped inside. Julie and her family were extremely personable and friendly. Her son was super helpful and polite greeting Spanish speaking customers. I haven’t had time to get my nails done since then, but the gel manicure I received there has lasted a good 6 weeks now. Although pretty out grown now, my polish has only had a small chip that I was able to file away easily.

My spouse and I had fabulous pedicures. Ms.Tammy and Ms.Nancy did our feet and Julie did a full set on my nails. The prices were reasonable and the environment was very warm, friendly and inviting. I will definitely be coming here more often. Thank you ladies, for your awesome hospitality and excellent pampering treatment!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in on Saturday to get my acrylic nails removed and have a french gel manicure done. I spent $41 dollars and I also left a tip. By that evening the gel was cracking and the next day they were chipping. I tried to go on Sunday to get if fixed and they were closed, I went back on Monday and they closed early. I just called and I believe I spoke with Jules or Julie and she told me that the reason that happened is because I removed my acrylic nail and that they could fix it but the same thing would happen. So they as nail techs did not tell me that the gel would crack and she admitted to knowing that would happen. Her solution is to not give me my money back, but to fix the nail that she said would crack again. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Save your time and money! The pictures are from the night I got them done up to today, which is only 3 days apart. As an fyi I don’t work with my hands.It won’t let me reply to the owners comment, so I am writing it here.What is the point of getting it “fixed” if according to you”it will mess up again”? Best nail salon around! Be considerate and make appointments. We can’t expect them to work us in when they are so busy! I’ve gone to many others and I’ve been a customer for several years now. Always extremely helpful and does an outstanding job every time! They are not only a business, they are friends…..no actually they make every regular customer a family member. I’ve been a Top Nails client for more than 15 years. Always great service in a small salon, family atmosphere. The shop is clean and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I work in retail and my nails are complimented daily. Julie keeps a full book (she’s good!) so for no wait, call ahead and make an appointment. Totally worth it.

Honestly, this is the best place I’ve ever been to get my nails done! Julie is amazing she has been the only nail technician that has looked out for the health of my nails instead of just collecting money! She’s funny, professional and really knows her stuff! It is a family-owned business with her, her mother and her aunt! Are all very welcoming and it is a comfortable environment No drama! Lol love it!!!

I agree with the two five star comments below. Top Nails is simply the best, and Julie does an amazing job of customer service! It’s a relaxed and fun atmosphere there, very reasonable prices, and the new pedicure chairs are amazing! I’m not sure about the one star comment as we are unaware of circumstances after they left Top Nails. There are WAY too many repeat customers (and my mom, my daughter, and me are three of them!) at Top Nails to believe one bad review.
