I came in this morning around 9:50am and sat until about 11:45 and that’s only because I asked how much longer it would be and then the lady working in the front told me 15 more mins . Another lady began my nails shortly after that. She greeted me and that was it. She did not care to carry a conversation and my nails took about 20 minutes they came out nice but I still feel like she did a rush job. I am not from the area I found the nail shop on google and thought I’d walk in but I didn’t have a great experience.

I have been coming here for years and I love this nail salon so much that I will not go anywhere else. I have close relationships with owner, my nail tech, & my pedi nail tech. But there is one thing that I feel changed for the worst && that is the new receptionist (with short red hair with a touch of blonde) she is very rude to people & I have had to refrain from speaking my mind to her. She got on a megaphone and was rushing the people getting pedicures all because 4 people walked in for pedis. (I understand they had reservations, but do not rush someone else all because of a reservation. Also, they were almost done with the pedis.) while I was also sitting down getting my nails done she asked a customer if she was gonna keep her nails up & come back every two weeks like she should if they do a dip powder!! Honestly, if you’re not paying for it or doing them don’t make a comment on someone else’s decision. She should have never come to be apart of this nail family.

I had to give a star to post this review but they derserve none!!! This place is HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are new in town , or just simply looking for a new nail place this is NOT the place for you. You will leave disappointed and highly upset. First off let me start by saying their customer service SUCKS!!! They are very rude and don’t care about being rude either. The first time i went here a lady gave me a full set and had me looking like i needed a fill in before leaving the shop. So i stop going to her and started going to a young man in there. He does alright with nails comparing to the other women but he’s still not the best. I slipped and fell in there because they had water ALL OVER the floor WITHOUT A CAUTION SIGN and all the did was brush it off like nothing happen and still expected for me to pay MY hard earn money for my nails after that. On another occasion I wanted a simple design and they lied and told me they could do it after i showed them the picture of my design that i desired (that came with the steps on the picture) and the lady still proceeded to mess up and caught an attitude when i told her i didn’t like my design. Not only did she try to do the design over but she was snatching on my hand , slamming her tools around, and spoke in her language about me (like they always do) then gave up in the process. So the host told me that it was another lady in the salon that could do my simple design and told me i had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her to do my nails even though I have been in there since 11:30 that morning and it was already around 1:55 and i had to be to work at 2:30. 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes which by this time i was pissed!!!!!!!!!!!! And i refused to pay for their horrible service which i was threatened by the lady that i was waiting to do my design (that she had someone to go in front of me by the way). Which caused a scene and finally some “nail tech” stepped in to design my nails which she could barely do herself. It’s sad a scene had to be caused for my design to get done and no telling how much longer i would’ve waited if i didn’t say anything. I finally left out of there around 2:30 when i had to be to work at 2:30!!!!!! .And it has not even been two weeks yet and my GEL NAIL POLISH is chipping and once again it looks like I need a fill in!!! I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVVVVER AGAIN!!!!!!! AND THEY WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME AGAIN!!! LESSON LEARNED!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I hope this review helps!!! Good luck on finding real nail salon because this place is not it!!!!! I could on & on but they’re not worth my time!!!

Great experience. Wait time was not long at all, even though they were pretty busy. Miss Lin did a great job on my nails, took her time and made sure I was happy with them. Also, lowest price I found anywhere around here, $41 for a basic full set of acrylic nails. Will definitely go back! Acrylic nails
