the people who own this place are really nice and sweet. the service was not bad at all, wait time wasn’t too long and the prices are decent. but I’m really unhappy with the way they turned out. my pinkies are two different sizes and the shape of most of them are lopsided. I wanted matte black coffin shaped and they claimed to have a matte top coat but he just wiped the gloss off with acetone as a ‘matte finish’ and the color was put on sloppy. I went because of the reviews, so I’m posting this to help anyone else before deciding to go here. if you want them to be perfect, go somewhere else for sure.

They were awful, very inconsiderate of what I asked for. I came for a full set, they cut the nails and asked if thats ok, I said no too short, they said I should have told them before they cut them, but they didnt ask me 1st before cutting, then they said they couldnt do my nails after that, I simply wanted them to fix it and they wouldn’t..NEVER AGAIN. Total waste of time.

So I made an appnt for my nails to get done morning of a wedding and they were 45 mins late opening which several customers out there said they were a lot. I was upset they made me miss getting them done before the wedding, I made a comment on their fb about opening in a more timely manner so the very next sat I came to give them a shot again and they literally ran me out as I was soaking my feet. They were late about 10 mins opening again no big deal I wasn’t in a rush and soon as I stuck my feet in the bowl one young woman started pointing at me and saying this is the lady that left us something online. She was telling her customer that I LIED on a fb review right in front of me and when I ask the woman why she was talking about me to another customer she got louder and louder telling the other woman I was the one person who made the comment last week. I stepped out of the pedicure bowl because the older woman was now yelling and they honestly didn’t even attempt to stop a paying customer from leaving. I felt as though things were going to put of hand very quickly. I’ve never ever seen a place run like this and I actually hope I find out this place is a corporation and not privately owned so I can file a complaint. I will be with the calling the BBB.

I walked in looking to possibly get a new nail tech but after I left and was made to feel like I was contagious or something because I have MRSA on my leg. I am NOT contagious by any means at all unless you are the one to lance and drain this place without gloves. I will NEVER go back in this place again. I prefer returning to where I been going for over 5 years. I don’t need to be treated like this just because I am NOT contagious.

I came in today and wanted my eyebrows for and my toes painted just paint and she wants to get an attitude after I just told her I wanted to just get painted , and she left my toes a mess and still wants to charge me more then what my eyebrows are , then I go get my eyebrows done and she just rushing I’m like in my head you mess up my eyebrows it going to be a problem. They just want you to get everything they want because they will charge you more then what it actually is.Terrible!!

I went in for SNS and choose to do ombre and was given acrylic instead of SNS. I told the woman I wanted a small cut down on my natural nails and I got uneven almost completely filed down nails. My nails are messed up now I have to go pay someone to fix my nails the way the should have been done. I would give this place 0 stars if if was an option.

Super friendly! Excellent customer service! I took 3 others with me to get our nails done for my wedding. They were excellent and treated us like family. Everyone was very pleased and they took their time to make sure everything looked amazing! I will happily go there from now on.

This was my first experience with a pedicure. I felt the whole process was rushed. Even though the instruments were sterilized they weren’t packaged as they should be. The worst part for me was the language barrier. My nails looked good when the technician finished but I didn’t find the experience relaxing and would not go here again. A lot of people like this salon but it wasn’t what I expected.

Although the staff was friendly and managed to fit 2 of us in on a busy Saturday morning, I will not be back. I have had gel manicures many other times and never has one come off so quickly. Within 2 days my nails were chipping, and within 3 the gel polish was separating from my nails. Usually when I get gel it lasts 2 weeks, and it’s not until mid week the second week I have any issues with the polish separating. Clearly they were rushed and did a less than quality job. I would have preferred being told they couldn’t fit me in than paying full price for something that was totally not worth it.
