This place, could use some updating. I won’t lie. There needs to be some love and TLC put into the building but I must say the older (mature) lady that waited on myself and my husband on Saturday, was great at what she does. Not cutting corners. No rushing. She did everything perfect. I even tipped her more because she deserved it. If anyone needs quality work, I highly recommend this place. Yes, they may get busy and you may have to be patient at times because of low staff but I would rather wait for quality than be seen and rushed. Five stars.

Friendly to most people , I have been coming to this location for 6 months and because I can’t decide my nail polish color Peter the owner yelps. No more of my money will they see. They need to clean up and paint and make that place, and clean all the equipment and instruments. There is so much dust on the floors and desk each visit I hoped for a cleaner place.

If I could give no stars I would. They made a mistake and I politely asked them to fix the problem. Instead of talking rationally they proceeded to yell at me telling me I never said anything. Instead of fixing the problem they were screaming at us with the salon full of customers! So very unprofessional and rude. I will not ever be back. Stay away from this salon!

This nail place I went to is near a Papa Johns and Verizon. I have been here twice. The first time, my wait time was going to be two hours so I actually left. The second time I got there early. I went at like 9:10 and they were going to open at like 9:30. There was group of women (like 5) that were there before me waiting. (That’s no problem). The issue I had was that they knew those women were coming and at 9:30 there was only one nail technician. And she did not even have the key to the building. So now we are all now waiting outside for someone to come with a key to open it. They didn’t come for about 15 minutes. We go inside and at this point, they have just opened and the wait time is already over an hour. I needed to get my nails taken off and a dip manicure. The nail tech put my nails in bowl of acetone but the bowl was dirtyyyyy . This place overall could use a makeover. They have fishes and the fish tank was dirty, too. (Lol that has nothing to do with nails but I just notice the small details of a place and they don’t clean the fish bowl. Or their nail bowls either ). The nail tech first used the nail drill machine on my nails to get the top layer off before soaking it in the acetone. Then the nail tech immediately uses it on the lady RIGHT NEXT TO ME. WITHOUT CLEANING IT. The nail tech could have at least sprayed it with a cleaning solution like alcohol. That just tells me that they don’t really clean their equipment person to person. I’m sorry but I have NEVER seen that done before. And once again, the little things matter so when they gave me the samples of the colors they had on the little plastic nail hook… the sample nails were even painted on ugly! Lol. How do you think I will want y’all to do my nails if you can’t even paint the sample plastic nails?! Yeah after all of that, once my nails were soaked off, I left. I didn’t even get my nails done. Only positive thing I can say is that the nail techs were friendly and some of the ladies there looked like clients and and were having conservations with the nail techs. So they probz have good personalities and people like that.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePeter is the man!!!!! (Rosie is excellent too but I always go to Peter) My nails naturally curl up and he’s been training them to curve down like normal… and no other nail tech does that for me!!! ❤️❤️

I do not recommend going here. I have been once before to do my eyebrows which I wasn’t impressed with because they were in such a rush. Well today I had to go to South Boston to do a few things, nails looked a mess so I figured I would stop by and get them done. When I got there they were just walking in and I was the 3rd in line. They get me seated and start on my nails. The nail tech was super slow, he was sanding my nails down to the point it was burning and hot I had to draw my hand back, as he was sanding he cut my finger with the file. With all that being said the lady that I guess runs the place cussed out one of the techs and made him leave as she called someone in. In my opinion was VERY unprofessional. Mean time she was dogging him to all the customers. Long story short he ended up making my nails look like a drunk person did them. And by the end I was just ready to go and didn’t want any more hostility I’m the environment so I paid and left. With intentions to NEVER RETURN!
