I couldn’t be happier about how my nails turned out, they’re so smooth and my nail tech did exactly what I asked for while also making sure I liked how they were looking every step of the way. Everyone was polite and professional and I got seated right away at my appointment time. I went to top nails for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience! I couldn’t be happier about how my nails turned out, they’re so smooth and my nail tech did exactly what I asked for while also making sure I liked how they were looking every step of the way. Everyone was polite and professional and I got seated right away at my appointment time. I was not overcharged and I’m so obsessed with how my nails look!

Critical: ProfessionalismI usually come here to cut and file my nails. The first time I came I had a lady called Natalie do my nails. She was super nice, clean, and precise! She would compare every two nails together and made sure they were all the same shape and length. She then used the 4-way buffer to clean the dust and polish them. I was super pleased with her service! It felt like my nails were done professionally at a salon.However, I came in yesterday with super long natural nails (left picture) and I asked the lady (I don’t know her name) for a coffin shape and to have the white part of the nail cut 50%. She was in a rush to finish and my nails look so bad now. Not two nails look alike. When I told her the thumbs don’t even look similar she started telling me the issue is with my nails… but I mean I came with super long nails that looked identical. After filing them she told me she was done. So I asked her to at least buffer and polish them. I guess she didn’t know what I meant and brought one of the roughest files and filed the surface of the nail which scratched it and also scratched my skin to bleed. She apologized about it , but it just doesn’t make sense for her to file the surface of my nail. Unfortunately her work doesn’t look professional at all and I really hate how my nails are looking. I usually come here to cut and file my nails. The first time I came I had a lady called Natalie do my nails. She was super nice, clean, and precise! She would compare every two nails together and made sure they were all the same shape and length. She then used the 4-way buffer to clean the dust and polish them. I was super pleased with her service! It felt like my nails were done professionally at a salon.
