Had my nails done at this Salon today. Was satisfied with the service from. I offered the professional a tip of 3.00 but the individual at the register put a 10.00 tip on my card. I clearly stated 3.00. I reported this to the owner but the owner proceeded to offer me a lotion at a discount price as there was no cash??

This business charged me twice for one service. The cashier was struggling with the credit card machine . I was alerted that my card was charged 2x through my bank. I showed them in my phone where it stated so and asked them twice to fix it. The guy said he would, but 24 hours later both charges were posted to my account . I get if you make a mistake, but it should have been fixed right then – and If he didn’t know what he was doing he could have easily made it right with a gift card for the over charged amount . Will not be returning .

Best place in town to get SNS done. They are all really polite and sweet. They have totally renovated the place and got new pedicure chairs. The only complaint I have is that they are short-staffed so it takes a long time to get anything done. They also aren’t very good at sticking to the sign-in list. They take appointments now, which helps.

I walk in asking for a full set and pedi. Now mind you be it’s 4pm and they take the last customer at 7pm. They tell me I can get a pedi but not a full set. Who does this with 2 hours before closing time and still taking walkins….bad business
