I’ve always had great service when I’ve visited Top Nails. They are close to home and the ladies have always been able to squeeze me in for a quick manicure even when they are busy. My only complaint – and it was not their responsibility to inform me but I wish they had – is I did not realize the process that one must go through to remove a gel polish manicure. Lesson learned on my part – even though it looks absolutely gorgeous and I’m new to having natural nails that are long enough to get manicured finally (after 50 years!). I’ll definitely be returning for manicures and pedicures at Top Nails. Thanks much ladies!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJulie was amazing! Everyone was so nice and professional. The salon was clean. She did such an amazing job on my full set! She did not hurt me and kept checking to make sure she wasn’t. We talked the whole time which my last nail salon did not. They have a forever customer!

First time visiting today and I have to rate it subpar. List isn’t very clear on what the prices are as far as gel/non gel pedicures and manicures. Tammy was friendly but rushed through my pedicure. Place seems to be very active with customers but not that clean. I probably won’t return it wasn’t worth $45 for a gel pedi. Pedicure

Yes, they did clean and maintain social distancing…but the wait and customer service left much to be desired. I came for a gel pedi and manicure/full set. I was left in the pedicure water for 30 mins…they even walked someone else back and started to work on her feet first and as well as someone who came after me got their manicure done first. I guess I was waiting for the tech that could “do both” because they kept telling me that she’s almost done..with the client she had in her chair. But what it looked like is that the two women (who were not women of color) managed to get service first. First time and last time here. This place reminds me why I don’t get my nails down frequently. Yes, they did clean and maintain social distancing…but the wait and customer service left much to be desired. I came for a gel pedi and manicure/full set. Horrible horrible service. I walked in to get a gel French manicure for my boyfriend’s sister’s wedding. First of all the white likes weren’t even straight or even. Then, the very next day the gel started peeling off annnnd I’ve had a good gel manicure before and it isn’t supposed to peel! Then I went in today and had it “fixed” and at first she tried to tell me it was MY nail that was broken. Lol. Then she literally just painted new white lines over the old ones (which you can clearly tell where she did.) and just repainted the gel clear polish over all my nails. I will never waste money here again.

Critical: QualityThis was the worse experience I have ever had getting a pedicure. They left my feet in a worse situation than when I first went in. When i said something to they manager she made it seem it was something i haf done to my feet. I will never use this place again.
