This was my 2nd visit at this nail shop. The first visit the lady did my nails very nice. The 2nd time go around, I had a different lady. She was a little older then last one (wears glasses). She did my eyebrows, and completely mess them up to where one eyebrow was smaller then the other and didn’t care. Very aggressive, didn’t want to hear me at all. My nails was choppy and didn’t look like she applied gel. Will never go back to this shop again. Paid 160.00 for me and my daughter and it was the worst service, I ever had. If you happen to go to this salon make sure it’s not the elderly lady with glasses.

Been going here for years. They do great nails, therefore they have a huge customer base, therefore you should expect to wait depending on the day and time that you go. Danny is absolutely my favorite person in there. He has never let me down from his service to his work. Lena is super fast and efficient, and I also like Linda a lot. But Danny is my personal favorite, I can tell him to do whatever he wants with confidence and leave happy every time!

I love top nails! I have been coming here for many years. They are reasonable, responsible, and do an amazing job everytime. They listen to what their customers want and need. They have a very large color options in both gel and regular polish. Their designs are all amazing and have simple to extraordinary depending on your style. The shop I add always neat and clean. I literally called an hour before closing to make sure I could get in. I was told no appt needed and to walk in. Told them I would be there in 5 minutes. Walked in and the lady told me they were closed. I told her I called to prevent this and she said someone else came in before I got there. Like what?! I literally told you I was coming and called specifically so this wouldn’t happen. All I wanted was my nails painted with gel. Nothing extensive but she didn’t even ask what I wanted or offer me to come back tomorrow. Nothing. Such a horrible experience that I will not be returning. I’m sure they do a lovely job but for that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Bleh.

Tiffany is great but the others not so much. This was my third visit. The last time I brought a co-worker and both of our nails were chipped within a week. Today as in past visits, I experienced their rudeness to customers. Then they talk about you right in front of you. I had an issue with my nails and instead of just fixing it, I got the rudeness. I’m a very patient person but I can’t tolerate bad customer service and I’m certainly not paying for it. They just lost a customer.
