I asked for a nice simple design with hearts. The ladies were nice but I was sitting in that chair for 3 hours. Not only is there 4 different shapes of nails on my hand right now… but my hearts are upside down. If you want a nice design… don’t even ask. My 3 year old daughter could have done better. Never. Terrible. I had an appointment and they made me wait an hour and a half while they did someone else and they sat on their phones. The lady cut me 5 times and made me bleed then continued to reopen the cuts after applying liquid bandage. Did not clean tools in between customers, absolutely disgusting! Acrylic nails
