If you enjoy having your skin butchered this is the place for you. I have been coming to this location for the last few months and have had great experiences. Yesterday was the exception. The guy that sits at chair one was extremely unprofessional and clearly rushed. He kept messing up my nails and popping the nail extensions off due to him rushing. It was evident that he was angry for whatever reason by the way he kept yanking my wrist, cussing and throwing things. That wasn’t even the bad part. Once he started filing my nails i noticed he was being extra rough and it was getting to the point where i could barely take the pain anymore. Once i looked down i noticed that he filed so hard that he sliced my finger with the emery board to which my finger was actively bleeding. He noticed, apologized and CONTINUED to file in the spot i was bleeding (mind you he didn’t stop to sanitize or continue with gloves so y’all might have my blood on you during your next appt) I wouldn’t have wrote this review if it wasn’t for the fact that he cut not one, not two, but THREE of my fingers and blamed it on me for having “dry skin” meanwhile i have picture proof that my fingers where sliced like a cut and not at all due to “dry skin.” He continued to yank my wrist and try to loosen my fingers to which he said “you’re too tight” clearly sir, you sliced my finger tips open it’s kinda difficult to relax.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have now been going to top nails for about five months. And I have had an excellent experience every single time. Jason personally does my nails but I have had them done by others and they are all fantastic! The place is very clean, everyone is very kind. If you have somethings pacific in mind they can do it all as far as dip, acrylics Etc. personally, I do the dip manicure. I love look online and good ideas, and if you want them to follow exactly what is in the picture they will do that, also I have said do whatever you want and just do this color scheme.… And every single time they turn out fabulous! It says on Google that they are permanently closed I don’t know why… But they are absolutely not permanently closed they are definitely OPEN! This is one place that you can actually call and get an appointment because they have so many nail techs always ready. Making an appointment is awesome! They are so flexible and open because they have the staff!!! They have tons of nail tech artists every day there. I haven’t done a pedicure in a long time but I’m definitely going to do one soon. The place is huge, and very open. Nicely decorated, and always have on a good movie to watch… And I put the subtitles up there so that you can actually look at it and see the movie… What a smart idea! So I highly recommend them! Google needs to change that they are closed permanently because absolutely they are not! Ive been here 3 times now (during COVID) and every time they get my nails just right! They are also very clean! Previously, I’ve lived in NYC and this salon is on par with my salon there. Ive had their gel, and acrylic for ombré and art nails. They look natural and not cheap – the technicians really make sure to get the shape you want and length. I came here to get my nails done and pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure was very sweet and kind. Although he was very kind and good with kids, he was hard to understand cause he didn’t speak English well (none of the workers did). My toenails look very clean and was well done. For my fingernails, I was getting french tips and note I have never had my nails done before. The lady kept telling me to relax my hand which was difficult because she was a little rough and would pull my hand a little forcefully. She was very sweet and made sure it was what I wanted though. She would start talking to her fellow coworkers in some language, but wouldn’t look up making it difficult to tell when she was talking to me. My one frenchtip though has a small loop of skin under the cover which looks a little off, but besides that my nails are perfect. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would go back, I just wish it was easier to communicate and that they weren’t as forceful.
