Had an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed at 6pm , which is the last appointment slot before 7pm closing. I didn’t get seen until 6:45pm. So many of the staff were friendly, but the woman who waited on me was not. I understand it’s a nail salon, but I like friendliness. It only cost $15 for removal, which was great! There was a person there named Kim (I think) who was very friendly. She had a nail dryer with butterfly stickers all over it. I was there waiting long enough to be able to watch the other techs wait on people and it seemed like everyone knew what they were doing. I will definitely go back and ask for Kim.

I went in to get my nails acrylic nails removed and instead of soaking the off the tech peeled them off. She got an attitude when I let her know she was hurting me. I refused to let her finish the other hand since 3 of my fingers were already bleeding. Another tech completed the job by soaking my other hand. I’M NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Update as of 7/12/22: still having problems with my polish chipping within a week. Ridiculous. I’ve also noticed that most of the techs are moving very quickly when they’re doing sets and some of my nails end up with bumps or indents because they’re not laying the acrylic evenly or they’re rushing through filing and buffing. It’s honestly disgrace that they charge 45+ and the work doesn’t even hold up.

If I could give them no stars I would, they were very rude, unprofessional, and showed poor customer service. This is the second time I was treated like this and I advise anyone else to be cautious about them. They pick and choose who they want to give good service to.

I got my acrylic nails done here and I will never go back. First off it took almost 2 hours to do them (no special designs or gems or anything just plain nails) and they weren’t even done right. You can still see my real nails because the girl didn’t put acrylic all the way to the edges of my nails. The polish is uneven. The nails are lumpy and different sizes. And she left acrylic UNDER my nails so now I have acrylic that is stuck to my finger under the fake nails. the girl also put way too much glue and kept getting stuck to me and spilled nail glue on my phone screen which took forever to get off. My nails look terrible and I will never go here again.

Critical: QualityI have been here before to do my nails at top nails and I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had this Saturday. I made an appointment with Lynn but when I arrived at the appointment I was attended by another person but I don’t know her name and she gave me very bad service. I explained to her what I wanted to do with my nails and she didn’t even listen to me I had to repeat the same thing to her many times and in the end she didn’t understood me and she made a mess with my nails. I was just going for a fill but she took off the nails I had to replace them with another set. I told her that I wanted them to be oval and she was not attentive to what she was doing, she shaped some oval and others were squared. She also left dry gel under my nail. The only thing she did was put powder on my nails and paint them but she charged me as if I got a new set. Every time you walk in you’re greeted like a close family member. The place is always super clean. And of course all the nail techs know what they’re doing. I leave happy 100% of the time!
