i do love this place just because of the atmosphere and workers but they really do need to work on scheduling people properly.. whenever i come with appointment i have to wait to have my nails filled today it was an hour. i do think they do a great job though Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Pedicure

Best nail salon in the area as far as I am concerned! Love the owner and technicians are all excellent. I get a regular manicure and it lasts for up to 10 days!

I’ve been here numerous times and gotten a decent full set/ gel fill, but this week will be my last visit. My gel fill was sloppy, with the acrylic spilling over my nails, and the polish must have been applied too thick (or maybe too old) because it began peeling within two days. Really disappointing all around. I had to go to another salon to have them redone, and they laughed when they saw my nails. It may have just been the specific nail tech, but I will not be taking my chances on another awful experience.

You can either walk in or you can make a reservation on their schedule, either way the group is accommodating. Quality nail polish is never thinned down and it lasts a good solid time it’s put on, not like other places who only have a brief selection of nail polishes and every time we go you noticed that there are thinning out the Polish, that’s it always chips. Not here, Jennifer really takes pride in the quality of product that she uses. Her staff is awesome.

On my Mom’s birthday we had a 4pm appointment. We arrived on time and instead of seating us, our pedicure spot was given to walk in customers. We left and found a much better experience. I will not recommend this salon anymore.

I chipped one nail that was done at a different salon and needed a quick fix! Since this salon had 4.6 stars I decided to try it (it was also 2 miles away from my home). I do not recommend. I explained my situation, that I just needed one nail fixed and it didn’t even have to match perfectly, it was just getting caught on everything and needed to be fixed! One woman said they didn’t have my color (without even looking at my nails up close) and the other woman who looked at my nails said they only have OPI sns and When I looked on their shelf they had regular SNS right there. She was insistent that they didn’t have my color and didn’t even want my business basically pushing me out the door. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There are much better salons in the area that will treat you like a welcomed customer! Go to ThuLan Nail Retreat if you want quality service!!

This place was fantastic! Clean, reasonably priced and super friendly. Didn’t judge me or make me wait since it was just a regular manicure and did a terrific job! Will definitely return and appreciated the terrific experience.

I got a set of acrylics and the first time the nail broke before 2 weeks and they made my nails longer than requested and then the second time the color they were using kept fading and chipped less than a week and the nail broke, I went to get the nail fixed and they charged me $5 and the lady had an attitude the entire time , not coming here again , awful customer service

Every time I have been there someone starts my nails then makes me get up and sit in a waiting area while they start someone else. I have waited 45 minutes before called to sit at a table again. I spoke to others who no longer go there for the same reason. They just take everyone who walks in the door and start your service so you won’t leave. The work is mediocre as well
