Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am very disappointed!! I went in at 4:10 pm, for a gel fill. I was in the chair with the nail tech starting my nails by 4:15. I do have to say I understand everyone goes at their own speed. Once 4:45 came around we were JUST starting to put the acrylic over for the fill. Once the powder was on and she was filing them, they were all different shapes, okay I did give her a chance to fix them which she didn’t. 5:10 came around and we were still filling off the fill that she had just put on, while she made 2 of my fingers bleed. I then proceeded to ask how much it would be for the fill with no color. The manager I believe said $26 with no color and $36 with color. I stated to the nail tech and the manager I wanted NO color. 5:20 comes around and she is still filing my nails after I asked said many times “it’s okay they are fine”. I’ve been getting fake nails for 10 years now, I’ve never seen it take this long before. The women who did my nails rang me out and tried to charge me $36. I told her “no the manager said $26”. Finally she was obviously mad and I ended up paying the $26 for nails that I got half done, and she did not even make 2out of my 10 nails match up. I will NOT be going back. I had pedicure and the man cut my toenail to short. Then used gel polish even though I didn’t want gel. The tools are not sanitized.
