NEBR AGAIN!! Id i could give 0 Stars i would.The lady was sooo rude right from the beginning. I brought my daughter for pedicures for her birthday. The guy staryed hers and the lady started mine about 8 mins after her and finished 5 mins before…like i got no type of massage or lotion nothing…my feet look the same and the paint job is horrible and I told her how much i hated it and she refused to redo the paint job and said it was my fault and shed change it for 10$!!! like WHAAATTTT!!! SHE got no tip and im a great tipper. literally this eas 2 hour ago and my paint all chipped already and everything. If I wasn’t with my daughter i wouldn’t have paid for my service since it was terrible abd i was 100%unhappy wit it. and she was just so nasty and rude. she never even daid hello or how are you to me nothing. when she was done she just got up and left and went to another customer…it mwS just HORRIBLE the whole thing. I will definitely NEBER ho back to this dump

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came in today because I really wanted to get my nails done but nowhere was open for appointments or walk ins. I came in nervous because I hate trying new nail places but I was very surprised. Really clean, The man there is super nice. I got a beautiful pedicure, Full set & they did excellent at waxing my eyebrows (I always get worried I won’t have any left). They did great. Very calm and relaxing experience. I came in today because I really wanted to get my nails done but nowhere was open for appointments or walk ins. I came in nervous because I hate trying new nail places but I was very surprised. My first review with Top Nails was 5 stars! I’m editing my review because since that first visit, the wait is insane! The past 3 times I waited over an hour for a fill. The last time I went, I waited an hour and 20 minutes before I finally left and went to the nearest salon. They’re very good at Top Nails, but not worth the wait…I won’t be coming back anymore 🙁

I’d put ZERO stars if it was an option. I came here because my normal salon was closed for renovations and I needed my nails done bad and couldn’t wait. I paid $40 to get a dip manicure. Which they assured me they knew how to do ($30 at my usual place). It looked great. However. 2 days later 2 nails chipped. I went back and they fixed it- after making me wait over an hour. I stayed pleasant although I was annoyed. The NEXT MORNING- another chipped. I went back- they asked me to come back later. The nerve! I don’t even want to be here right now but I’m forced to be! I have plans today and cannot come back later- since it’s clearly YOUR error I should take priority in my opinion! $40 mani to not even last 3 days? (My normal place- I can get away with 3 weeks with the dip mani). I’m completely disgusted. I’ll never be back.
