Top Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am so beyond disappointed with the service. I called earlier today to book a 4:30pm nail appointment. The woman who answered asked me to come in at 4pm. I left work early and arrived 5 minutes early. The same woman told me I was taking too long picking a color and the nail tech had another appointment, which I could not understand since she chose my appointment time. I set down with the nail tech and asked for acrylic stiletto nails. I even showed a picture (twice). She proceeded to round my nails so I politely explained the picture to her. Instead of fixing her mistake, she grabbed my hand aggressively. She was visibly aggravated. I did not say anything else until I realized that my nails were not the same length. My nails are very poorly done. I am so unsatisfied. I did not want to cause a scene so I left and called the woman who always answers the phone. She was not helpful. She did not offer an apology or offer to fix my nails. Needless to say, this was my last visit. I am so beyond disappointed with the service. I called earlier today to book a 4:30pm nail appointment. The woman who answered asked me to come in at 4pm. I left work early and arrived 5 minutes early. The same woman told me I was taking too long picking a color and the nail tech had another appointment, which I could not understand since she chose my appointment time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a walk-in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember the name of my nail technician/artist, but she was a young lady who did an excellent job on my French mani/pedi! Small place, but overall very professional, clean, and skillful at nails. I highly recommend. Thanks again, ladies!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Positive: ValueWe called for 3 pedicures last minute, they accommodated us even though we didn’t have an appointment. they were great even with our young son. It was his and I first time. I am on my feet all day and after our treatment my feet feel fantastic.Service: Pedicure
