Horrible. Very displeased and upset I wasted my money. My nails are not the shape or length I asked for at all. None of them match it shape and are VERY thick. Just totally disappointed and out SIXTY DOLLARS. The very simple design I asked for on one nail took 15 minutes, nice people, bad service. Do not recommend

i have given this place multiple chances but each time there is something wrong with them. i got them done a week ago, and they’re dull, have ripples in some nails, have jagged edges, crooked, and bumpy. they are already grown out and i can fit a fingernail between the gap of my acrylic and the real nail. don’t waste your money because you will just be disappointed again and again.

I loved it there. It was clean and relaxing. I just got a manicure and it was about $25. However the person who did my nails and everyone else who was there did not speak very good English so I could hardly understand them. The guy who did my nails was also making rude comments about my hairy arms at the time I was 9 and didn’t shave. I will be going back sometime today hopefully and I’m excited.

There are SO many bad nail salons in our area, but this is one of the only places I’ll go if I can’t get into the spa where I usually get my nails done. I needed my acrylics off so I popped in. Very minimal discomfort removing them- surprised they are in as good of shape as they are. Had a manicure and gel polish after removing and my nails are as close to perfect as my go to spa gal can get them. I have to say virtually every time I’ve needed something last min they have done a great job here. Try not to be in a hurry, sometimes they are slower but I don’t mind that at all. They want to do a good job, and if your getting a manicure, that takes time. To soak, etc. The only thing I can say about any negative reviews is that people haven’t tried all the salons in our area. I’ve done them all over the past few years, and there is literally 2 I’ll go to if I need something last min or spur of the moment. This is one of those! The owner is especially good- he removed my acrylics and his sister did the manicure and I’m very happy with them. I have no problems giving 5 stars for our area, especially compared to what else is here. I went to one in Massena a few years ago and almost all of my cuticles were cut/bleeding! I’m so leery about nail places but glad I know I can trust this salon to be consistent!! ❤️

My first time going here and they are friendly and nice to customers but I’ve gotten much better gel fullsets for less. They are reviewed to be one of the better places around here and are the only ones open until 6pm on a Sunday. I don’t know if i want to accept this or look for another salon given the full gel set costs $40. That’s alot to spend on something you’re not satisfied with.

I came here to get a gel Manicure with no tips…. the entire place was empty when I first arrived and it took 2 hours for the lady to do my nails. There was flies EVERYWHERE!!! They were flying into my face so many times the lady had to stop what she was doing to take a towel and start smacking the flies away. Besides the service being extremely slow and the fly problem, my nails do look decent.

I was so disgusted. When you finish a pedi you don’t just start a manicure without washing your hands. Not only was I put at a dirty station from a previous costumer, you could still see the nail clippings and filth on the towel still sitting there. (Which was never moved) Nothing was sanitised. They rinsed out my bowl and put it back in the cupboard. When the next mani came in he reached back into the cupboard and took out another bowl. Sanitation is number one that’s the first thing you are taught. Those stations should be wiped down in between every client with disinfectant. So disgusted, and over priced for mediocre nails!
