If I could give zero stars I would! The nails I got, I got charged $100! The purple photo is what asked for and the other photos is what I got. I’ve never in my life had to pay that much let alone for something so basic, I asked him why he was charging me $100 and he said the long nails are 90 . When he cut them they were way too long and I told him I needed them shorter for work, he charged an extra $5 for it even tho it was NOT my fault! Then I got No color just the powder they put on acrylic and he said it was 90 just for that! I’ve gotten multiple crazy designs from other salons that did a better job and for much cheaper. This is the most basic nail I’ve ever gotten and yet the most expensive, they were a normal length, no color just the powder and a tiny rhinestone heart. The shape is wayyyy off than what I wanted. Never coming here again, ridiculous! Not to mention when I walked in a nail tech and a customer were already arguing about something similar to my situation and the nail tech was extremely rude to her saying how much SHE wasted his time smh. I should’ve walked out then.

I was really impressed! First time there and the shop is very clean and smells nice, not like chemicals. Dan did a full gel set and a pedicure they look so nice he listened to exactly what u wanted and they came out great. I will definitely be back. I think I finally found my favorite nail salon in Beaumont, we will see how the second time goes!

I wanted a good experience but what a nightmare! I have pictures to show the chunk of skin that was taken off on my foot when they convinced me to pay $7 more for callous removal. Hope it heals without issues!! I told them I wasn’t going to pay for that extra charge that injured my foot. They did honor that but I really think they should not have charged me for the pedicure. The second worst thing was realizing after my pedicure that others were putting the plastic liner in the foot baths but my girl had not used one. The “manager” (who had not arrived till after my pedicure) insisted she had used one. She also said “she wiped out the bowl with a towel”. I was there and she did neither. The manager was not there to see. Also, when you have cut someone’s foot and it has bled, seems disenfectant is needed. So disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service.

The lady Nancy I’m assuming was the owner was very rude and did not do a great job my nails are all uneven and when I asked her to fix them she got even more rude and rough my nails are various sizes and I didn’t even feel comfortable saying anything after that even though I spent almost 200$ and tipped 3 different people. Adding a photo of the worst finger. And another of the size difference from the pinky and thumb is crazy.

I love this place! Wendy did my nails and she did an amazing job!!! The staff are pleasant and above all I am so happy with my nails! It’s right off the freeway, although it’s right next to a liquor store, but don’t let that stop you! Not too costly, for a full gel set it was $22, don’t forget to tip!

I used to go here 6 years ago and it was a wonderful! So I figured I will start to go again i just moved back. Went in for facial waxing. My face hurts so bad! The lady just ripped the strips off so harsh that my face has spots were she ripped my top layer of skin off! My eye lids hurt so bad I can’t even put makeup on and my face i can’t even touch its so painful!!
