Just relocating to the area from Maryland and trying to find a place to continue with my solar gel upkeep so I stopped here! When I first walked in and told the nail tech what I was in need of she persisted in asking if I only wanted the pink filled in, after I had told her I needed a complete fill which includes white and pink. I certainly don’t want a half job done, especially when I have to pay full price. After also explaining several times that I also didn’t want dark pink, I wanted light pink to look natural, I explained I just wanted my nails filled in and to look as they did from the previous job done that she could see. I explained that I don’t like a lot of white and, again failed to listen. She gave me a considerable amount of white for the length of my nails, which I don’t like long. I rarely complain, but this was the worst place I have ever been and I’ve had my nails done hundreds of times. Not to mention, it was filthy. The nail dryer was covered in dirt and polish, the sink was a covered in dirt, and she had a complete nail brush soaking in a bottle of acetone which she emptied into a bowl to retrieve the brush then funnel the acetone back into the bottle to use. Unhygienic to say the least! Will never go back or recommend!

They are very professional and friendly. I have gone several times now and every time my nails look gorgeous. They take a lot of time and care about their work. I am always amazed how beautiful my nails and toes look..and my pedicure lasts a month. They don’t leave one bit of dry skin or cubicles. What can I say..Perfection

I wouldn’t suggest going here. They tried to short me $10 dollars in my change. They are pricey for ok service. After my service I asked what time they closed. The woman replied “7pm, are u waiting on a ride?” As if that question correlates with my mode of transportation. I then give her two $20s and she shorts me $10 dollars in my change telling me I gave her a $20 and a $10! Then she refused to give me my money! I was highly offended that not only did she feel I couldn’t afford a car to drive myself there, but then told me she could count. I told her I work at a bank, know how to count & had no reason to deceive her .I had to wait for her to call her boss & count the drawer down which was over by $10. She gives me a dry sorry and tosses the $10 bill to me. Never again will I be disrespected or give them my business. I strongly suggest you don’t either.

They were a little friendly, paid the same amount for my daughter’s mani and pedi as mine, however she didn’t get the same service… Even if she’s a child, I’m paying for itmassage for either of us! $120.00?!?! Really. I’ve been there before and it was a lot better, but never again after this time. Also, the woman was telling me I should let MY daughter get whatever she wants! Excuse me, but I do believe she’s my daughter!

I waited over an hour for service which is not a problem but then I was treated very rudely – tried to work on more than one customer at a time – he was rough and made my cuticles bleed. I finally had to leave after an hour of my feet soaking. He was verbally abusive – I will never go back!

If your ” black ” meaning African-American I wouldn’t suggest this place . The man that works there was very unfriendly to me and didn’t even do what I asked him to do , instead did what he wanted to do ( I guess less work ) . The pedicures aren’t worth anything and he overcharged me for my nails which are mine just added acrylic and he charged me $30 for it . Don’t go here looking for great customer service unless your white . ( Caucasian ) ..
