i was skeptical coming here because i’ve only ever gotten my nails done by the same technician all my life so this was definitely a step out my comfort zone – safe to say i’m very pleased with the outcome of my service ! i didn’t get the name of the lady who did my nails but she sat at table 7 or 6 . i asked for almond shaped nails with french and she delivered ! the french is a bit too thick for my taste but its still cute at the end of the day , its not her fault at all though bc i wasn’t in the mood to be picky lol . thank you and happy holidays 🙂

Someone had suggested them at my work so I tried it out, I asked for the OWNER because this is the first set I’ve ever gotten. It hasn’t even been 3 days and they’re falling off. I don’t work a labor job I work customer service. There is NO WAY they had fallen off from me. I haven’t gone anywhere since getting them because I wanted them to stay nice. The manager had me immediately sit down in a chair, didn’t make me wash my hands, didn’t use a clean brush to brush off the powder and didn’t take her time. She rushed and was taking breaks between to get up and talk on the phone. She didn’t do anything before applying my nails for prep as you can tell by my horrible cuticles. She just slapped them on top. After finding out I wanted to pay with Visa, which I saw a customer before me do visa, she had asked me to do cash from the ATM. Charged me an extra 4 dollar fee from that making my total 62 because I tipped her 10 dollars out of courtesy. This is my new nail salon. The woman who took care of me, Ann, was wonderful and very professional. She cleaned up the mess on my nails, fixed what was broken and sent me home with a beautiful manicure. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on how great my nails look and have steered my friends to Top Nail Spa. Thank you Ann: I’ll be back!!

The place itself isn’t so bad. My massage chair wasn’t working but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the receptionist or whoever she was, overcharged my card. She added a 25% tip onto my service without my permission and she didn’t give me a receipt, so I didn’t know. When I was about to leave she said “you have to give cash tip” it was like she demanded me to pay a tip which I already was and did.

My time is split between here and Miami, and I only come to top nail. I have been going here since the summer, Tony does my nails everytime. He is so incredibly kind and caring, and really takes good time and quality doing my nails. He always knows exactly what I want, he knows exactly what shape I like my nails. Tony is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and I always enjoy our conversations everytime I go! I look forward to come to top nail every time. Not only Tony, but EVERYONE here at top nail is so caring, and takes great care of you. Everyone always greets you so warmly and kindly, everytime I walk in, and I really appreciate everyone that works there. I am really thankful I have found top nail spa. I never go to anyone else!!! They have become my go-to nail place. I love it!!

I am sooo happy I finally found a new nail spot. I moved to the area recently and had tried 2 other spots with good reviews but my nails came out horrible. Third times a charm I guess. This place is great. Shout out to May for the gorgeous set!

My mom took me too this place and we got a mani-pedi. Nice people and nice service. This is my second salon experience in my life and after a bad experience this changed my views towards salons. I wish they offered poly gel nails but they only have acrylic, but they do a great job with gel nails.

Extremely kind and talented staff! The spa is clean and comfortable. Had lovely music playing. Great experience! They took great care of my grandmother who came in with a walker. Highly recommend.

The service will be as good or as bad as the tech you get. The best ever for pedicure is Raymond and for Dip Powder Manicure is Mimi. The biggest issue I have, and the reason why I stopped going there, is because they do not respect appointment times. There is really no point in making an appointment because you will still wait for as much as 30 minutes. I have seen Walk Ins being sat before me because my tech was double booked. So if you are the type of person that plans and needs to stick to a schedule, this is not the place for you.
