My appointment was for 5:45 I did not get seen until 6:20. I get it… short staffed, over booking. Wasn’t too mad about waiting. My nails came out okay… except the one nail that is not coffin shaped. I went with my bridal party to beautify my nails the day before my wedding and ended up in tears by the end of the appointment. Beyond the technicians being unable to replicate a simple design I had my heart on, the gel nails were lifting by the time I got in the car. From the professionalism to the quality of service provided, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went with my bridal party to beautify my nails the day before my wedding and ended up in tears by the end of the appointment. Beyond the technicians being unable to replicate a simple design I had my heart on, the gel nails were lifting by the time I got in the car. this place was absolutely awful. i’ve never been to a worse place in my entire life. first off the place was disgusting nothing was clean. they used dirty files on me and my friends and were very rude. never seen worse customer service. the man called me lazy because i couldn’t understand him. i will never come back. Every time I go in the Sturbridge location for a regular manicure, they act mad and try to talk me into getting a gel fill. I don’t want a gel fill! And then they rush through the manicure and do a terrible job! I’d go in every week if I didn’t dread the experience so much! They don’t seem to understand how to run a business and make customers happy.
