I used to come here when Tracy worked here. This was the first time in years I’ve been back. But I figured an easy old gel removal would be easy and quick for anyone. (I am a board certified cosmetologist) typically I don’t care to tell artists how to do their job so I sat quietly. But the woman barely let the polish loosen under acetone, she then scraped off my gel polish to the point of my actual nails being scraped off. I have very fragile nails from working with chemicals and water and this is the reason I go to pay another professional to have them removed properly. The woman also cut my skin in a few areas and now that it’s been a day later, my finger tips are swollen and very painful. I understand it happens and that no one is perfect.

Walked right in, no appointment; very friendly, probably the best foot and leg massage I’ve had at any spa or salon, and a terrific value. Liked the massage chair too, which they did not rush me out of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high quality, fast, non-fussy service. Pedicure

The ladies are very nice but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back. Pros: they had a great arm and leg massage add on to their mani-pedi. Cons: they don’t seemed trained or recently certified on nail care as they didn’t allow any dry time between coats on my mani-pedi, which meant I had bubbles throughout my manicure. Their nail polish selection was not maintained and was pretty dusty all over- I wonder how long the bottles have been on the shelf and consequently how good the lacquers are- I brought my own favorite brand (ILNP) so didn’t check out their formulations firsthand (pun intended). So if I were to go here in the future it would probably do a polish removal with foot massage add on but no more.

Not very good.. they painted all of my nails with bumps and dings..and even painted over a piece of dust on to the nail. They did not smooth this out or use the polish correctly. They would only fix it when asked to and if I did not check otherwise.

I will never come back here. I had an appt for 4:30pm for a gel mani/pedicure. I showed the man Marty a picture of what I wanted, which included a design on my ring finger, he said, easy! After the lady is done with my pedi, fill and painting my nails. She says she cant do the design, but the man could. Then he told me he was to busy to do it and had to many other customers, he was doing one lady’s nails while another lady was getting a pedi. the shop was NOT busy. Here it is 6:05pm and he tells me I can wait till hes done or just go w/o the design, very rudely. I got up and paid the lady. even tipped her because she did an amazing job. Unfortunately this man will end up running this business in the ground with his rude behavior.

I got off work and needed my eyebrows waxed and I’ve had much better for less. They didn’t even offer to show me a mirror. I had to clean up the strays they left and trim myself. I’d have been better off to just do it myself. They seemed to look down on me in my construction clothes tho I run equipment and wasn’t covered in dirt or grime. Not going back.

Really not a fan of this place. Came in with my friend who got acrylic nails and I got regular gel polish. After one & a half weeks, my gel was already chipping and peeling, so I have to go get it redone. My friends acrylic randomly broke off also after a week and a half. When I pay extra for gel, I expect it to actually last longer than regular nail polish. I also got a pedicure, when I was drying my toes at the drying area, there were old cups from other customers sitting in front of me completely covered in tons of flies. The workers went and sat me over there so I’m sure they must have noticed the flies on the cups. Nobody wants to get a mani pedi and then have to be surrounded by flies and dirty old cups.I probably would have gave them another shot but I just don’t like the uncleanliness:(
