I have never walked out in the middle of a nail experience even under the worst of circumstances. But I have never had a worse time than I did here. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful, they messed up my nails to the point where I left before I even let them file the other hand. It’s very clear that they have no consideration for their customers and want to argue with them instead of listening to what they want. I was repeatedly told what I wanted wasn’t possible even though I came in with that exact specific manicure. I had nails well over my fingertips that I asked to keep pointy but that they could cut back a little and instead he decided to cut them all the way down and I was told that it was my fault. Never again so much for me trying to save time! I didn’t even let them finish filing the other hand because none of the nails on the right hand were even

I know there are plenty of competitors in the nail business, however, this location makes you feel welcome and they make sure you are taken care of. Walk ins are welcome and they also set up appointments. If you walk in, just be ready to wait a bit. They will squeeze you in a timely manner just cant be picky with who will take care of you. If u want a specific person set up an appointment. Queen, tmTony, or Vivian are the best and I would strongly suggest one of them depending on the work you want done.

Hannah and Smoke do the best job on my nails . Hannah does free hand art which is hard to find someone to do that kind of work on your nails and my pedicures are always amazing and good I don’t know the people’s names that do my pedicures but they are always using clean equipment they open it up in front of me and I’m always pleased I’ve been going to them for 19 years and have never been disappointed keep up the good work and the staff are friendly. Thank you

I go in for a gel manicure and ask to see the colors they offer. It’s like they are insulted when I ask to see the colors. I DO NOT understand why they do this. I’ve never been to a nail place that are so weird with the color options. I picked out my color and then had an employee say that the color I picked wasn’t good and had another one put on, only for me to hate it the next day and want the color I originally picked. This place always amazes me, I keep going back because it’s close to my work- but after my last experience.. I will not be back. If you’re going to spend money on your nails, go somewhere where you will get what you want, not what they want. It’s annoying .
