Critical: QualityI was a walk-in and there was a thirty minute wait(which I mind), but my issue was/is the establishment had two fairly new employees that only knew how to do pedicures and not well because mine’s messed up already. They only had two employees that knew how to do manicures, so I would have had to wait another hour for that service. The customers should be informed beforehand of the limited services that the employees can perform, so upon my leaving, I went to Victoria’s Nail Salon where she provided the best service ever and her demeanor was awesome!!!! I will be returning!!!! Now I will give them a five star rating!!!!!!☺ I was so dissatisfied with my pedicure that I went to Victoria Nails so that they could redo them(extra $$$$), but worth it!!!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was disgraceful. The tech was disrespectful and didn’t follow my order to stop drilling because it was too close to my skin. She acted like she couldn’t understand English. Kept laughing and smiling about. Finally she cut my skin with thr drill causing it to bleed. She tried to wipe my finger with her bear nasty finger.
