My husband gave me gift certificates to go here. Not my normal place. I have been there two times now.Worst Pedicures ever. Yesterdays the girls was not able to communicate with me. I got the Deluxe pedicure.Nothing deluxe about it.She cut my nails to the quick, even after I told her not to cut them short. She did not massage my feet at all, heals still rough. My feet look bad. I do not recommend Top Nails to anyone!

Terrible place. Rude. Overcharge you if they can get by with it. Nails look like a toddler painted them. Other customers were overcharged or frustrated with way girls act and over charging. I took my daughter to get her nails done, paid 55 for a 9 year old to get done. Next day nails pop off. Bring her back and they super glue nails back on didn’t fix it the correct way. 55 is a lot to pay for them to just super glue them back on.. this place has went down hill and they don’t care about there work. June 9th, went in for a pedicure. Advised I wanted regular polish. Was told to have a seat in chair. While working on my feet. I was asked again did I want gel polish. I advised no I wanted regular nail polish. Now we are finishing the pedicure. I was asked if I wanted gel polish. It’s prettier and last longer. I said I wanted regular polish. They put gel polish on. I checked out and was told I owed 50.00. I asked why? Was advised gel polish is 15.00 extra. I told the lady I change colors weekly and that’s why I wanted regular polish! No tip. And will never come back. I do not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDipped my real nails 2 days one was broke just from doing a button on my pants. Went back. They fixed it poorly and on the fifth day 2 nails had cracks. They did not use enough dipping powder or a cheap brand so my nails were weak. Polish also chipping after one week. Toes were jacked up too. Poorly done.
