Excellent service. Eva and Cici really take their time and the AnC I always do is perfect. I am sure the others do a great job as well. They make sure you are pleased before you leave. The pedicure I received was nice, however the ANC manicure came out horrible. My tips are all pointed upwards, the color is all over the place, and the nails are all different shapes/sizes. I felt like I was rushed for my manicure and that caused it to come out nasty. For $65 I already want to take it off an hour after having them done. Pedicure, Manicure

The worst service the employees are very rude kept rushing me to pick a color.I asked for a gel manicure, and they didn’t soak my hands in water and didn’t even clean my nails .they then started painting my nails without wiping down the dust. I spoke up about it ,and they just didn’t care. It was really bad customer service! the worst experience !

This is my favorite place to go in the area however they seem to run behind even when you have an appt. I made an appt. MONTHS prior to my wedding and somehow the appt ran an entire hour behind for a pedicure and ANC manicure. I do NOT recommend the male technician there – he does not do a good job with nails or massage. I had to return 2 days after he botched up my ANC manicure. My favorite girls are Chloe and Eva but all the girls are nice and do a good job. Definitely best in the area!

So I went there today to get a pedicure and I asked for a gel manicure. The pedicure was excellent technician was great. But the manicure! Was a horrible experience. My fingers are still sore from being filed because she was so rough. Instead of gel she gave me powder because it’s “better” well it’s not in my option. My nails are uneven and all different shapes. I’m so disappointed. Then my sister was there for a simple manicure and the shape of her nails is horrible pointy and not what she wanted. Then when she went to the bathroom it was completely disgusting urine all over the place. Then when leaving I tipped my pedicure girl because she did an amazing job but I wasn’t gonna tip the manicure person but literally got blocked by the person at the desk and told me I had to tip. Completely unprofessional and I will never go back
