I got the gel manicure service and the young girl who did my nails didn’t stop not even for a second talking in their weird language with the other employees it was completely annoying and stressful she was not even paying attention to my nails what she was doing. Hoping she would stop talking for a second. I asked her if they were arguing among each other….their tone of voice was soooooo annoying like a very sharp screeching halt…..It feels like you ate in the middle of a chicken fight… I wondered if they even realized how annoying it is flor customers to be in the middle of that mysterious conversation, one wonders if they are talking about you,….??? after a while she finally changed to English and she said a few words in a language one cam understand… she said they were talking about a previous difficult vietnamese customer apparently she was questioning their prices…. because that’s another big issue they advertised a price on their chart hanging on the wall but then once you are there as their victim they start asking if one wants a massage?, lotion? design?, eyebrows and on and on with so many extras that drive one crazy…. trying to upgrade their service in a very annoying way…. in summary this place is a very very stressful one to go….at least that was my own experience…. non stop gibberish talking without giving the customer any attention plus trying to push more extras in an endless way….over priced, no customer service at all…

New to the area, was searching for a nail salon last evening. I decided to go in here, as it was the first that I drove by.

I usually never write any bad reviews. But I had to write today. I got a full acrylic set and paid a lot for the nail to not even last a week. I drove all the way over there because they had pretty convincing reviews but end having a painful experience the nail tech made me bleed but at the moment I didn’t say anything because it was an accident so I just went with it but to have my nail break in less than a week is very disappointing. Never again going to this place .

I’ve only been here twice for a pedicure. The first time I went I liked it, so I went back again. After this time my toe nail started to hurt, then it got an infection. I’m currently trying to treat it, but that’s so messed up. Maybe it hasnt happened to everyone, maybe the lady that did mine didn’t clean her tools, but be careful and mindful of that. I’m so angry, disappointed, and in pain. As a matter if fact I should just barge in there and get my money back, but I don’t like problems so here I am hurting instead, please be careful ya’ll.

Ive been coming here for years. Sandy did my nails today and she did great. Very nice person. The whole salon is clean and items used are sterilized. Can be a wait but I dont mind.
