They did an awesome job on my nails. I only have one issue. They nail polish on my nails began to fade after only 3 days…I think they should have put another coat or 2 on them. They were very professional and attentive to what I wanted my nails to look like. They were very nice people and greeted me when walking in. The only issue was the wait time but, they are a busy nail salon with a lot of customers so, there is bound to be a slight wait time.

Very unprofessional. 2 days I went in a little before 630 and was told they were closed (all I wanted was paint change on real nails so 10 min tops) even though sign says 7pm. They rush and don’t seem to care about what their customers want. I got acrylics and told him what shape I wanted for my nails and he said they were too short for that shape (I have gotten the shape plenty of times with the same length) and he proceeded to do what he wanted and not what I asked for. I’m really disappointed that I wasted $45 on these nails, when they look like my 7 year old sister did them for me. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of money, especially when they don’t do what you ask when YOU are the one paying for it! I went to Deluxe nails by Pizza Hut and had my nails fixed and they are way better!

First of all they are very unprofessional! Me and my sister went to top line when we came to visit my family for the weekend. One of the ladies was speaking in her language to Mary (the owner) and Mary told her employee to speak English. They began to speak in English and Mary told one of her customers “She say today you look pretty; last time you were here you weren’t pretty so she didn’t know who you were”. “Today you look pretty”. First of all who speaks to their customers like that? This continued for about 5 minutes and they both sat there and laughed in her face. I was beyond uncomfortable and was ready to go! The only thing that kept me from leaving was that they’d already started on me. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure! I wasn’t going to get shellac but Mary’s daughter insisted because she said it would last longer. All of this took place on Saturday… today is Wednesday and my shellac is starting to peel… I called Mary today and informed her of this matter and told her that I could send pictures because I’m no longer in Louisiana… “how you gone send picture? I don’t have a phone”. Which is a bald face lie! I wanted my money back for the shellac that’s already peeling, which I spent $30 on. I don’t have money to waste! So they can count me out! Don’t go to this salon. If it’s not Perfect nails or California nails in the mall I wouldn’t go!

I told the man that was doing my nails that I wanted them long but he insisted that I get them shorter than what I actually wanted and rushed them. I asked for coffin and the shape that he made them were wide and HORRIBLE, $35 down the drain And also the customer service wasn’t too good neither. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. I told the man that was doing my nails that I wanted them long but he insisted that I get them shorter than what I actually wanted and rushed them.
