My friend came in and asked for a full set and pedicure, the technician (donna) was going to do it in an unclean bowl (we know because there was a customer sitting there when we got in) she asked them to clean out the bowl, the technician proceeded to wash the bowl and finish my pedicure, at the end she mentioned again that she wanted the pedicure again and one of the other technicians became very rude (this was after they had taken and serviced two other clients that came in AFTER us) and said there was no time for a pedicure because they were closing, mind you the sign on the door says 7 pm and we had been sitting there since about 2pm and it was only about 4:20 when she suddenly announced they were closing early. She was rude, she wouldn’t make eye contact and she had an attitude (with a hint of racism). This business will not get my money again….

On today 9/4/2018 around 240pm Nancy the owner told a customer that they were to OVERWEIGHT to sit in her already broken chairs for pedicures, which is a safety hazard. Nancy also accused OVERWEIGHT customers for wearing and tearing her pedicure chairs. There was no policy stating this situation about being overweight no where in the salon….not only was it very unprofessional of Nancy but it’s was also very rude and disrespectful because she said it in front of me and other customers…Nancy has always been rude, mean and hateful to oversized customers and just rude to customers period….We will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU of Louisiana about this discriminating act and The Louisiana Board of Heath about the broken Equipment which can hurt any customer. This was also recorded with my cellphone. I wish it was an option not to give any stars at ALL…and NANCY, you have lost our business of 15+ years

Rip off. I left a tip off my credit card. In checking my account i discovered ms.Donna added a different amount. When I called the shop to informed them what occured she immediately became defensive. I Will not be going back. Just e careful when using your card anywhere and but when you go here carry cash.

The services in the beginning was OK I was the only customer there.. The nail tech had more guest to come into the venue at that time she start to rush no longer taking her time with my nails…The nail tech became irate and frustrated when I ask her to file my nail along the side Some more an starting through in things in her bucket she rush me out the chair nail still wet.. Brought me the receipt to sign an expected a tip.. She will only receive a $2 tip for her services… Not coming back
