We had an appt. at the hospital but wanted to get haircuts for my husband and daughter while we were there since we live 4 1/2hrs from Billings. The appointment at the hospital took longer than we thought and we were late to our appointment. I called her as soon as we left the hospital. We were lucky and her next appointment was already there so after she finished she was able to get us in. I would have totally understood her not being able to get us in but would have been really disappointed. She was booked up for the rest of the day and I so appreciated her working with us. She did a perfect job on both my husband and daughter, which both have a few cowlicks to work with. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! We will definitely be back.

Top Line is a family run and family owned business. It *is* appointment only but I find that it is worth the wait. Every time I come here I am treated with respect and kindness. She is very attentive to how I want my hair cut and is willing to go shorter if the first pass isn’t to my liking. She also uses scissors as well as trimmers, something of a lost art in my opinion, but gives a much more precise cut. She made my curly brilo-pad of hair into something so nice that I got compliments at work the next day. I’ve come here twice and I plan to keep coming back!

Darcy is AMAZING at what she does there, I’ve been getting my hair cuts from her for about 4 years now and not once have I been unsatisfied with the result. She does a lot more than just hair cuts to, styling, color, fix ups and more. 100% recommended for excellent hair care.

I had been looking for a barber since moving back home 5 years ago. I have had a few terrible haircuts and many mediocre. I even tried a very expensive salon. Darcy is perfect for me and my sons. She is extremely good and fast. Her male haircuts are reasonably priced at $15. I just hand my sons a $20 bill and they (hopefully) leave a $5 tip. Objectively, I think she may be the best barber I have ever known. She can even make my thinning hair look good.

Also in response to phil’s rating below.Darcy is fast, affordable, and does a great job. Whenever I’m in Billings i get my haircuts there. Just call ahead and see when she has a time open. Never had to wait more than a few minutes with an appointment!

I am reading Phillip Taylors rude post about Darcy refusing his business. Darcy works her butt off and gets you in and out in record time and always does a great job! Phillip seems to think that people need to drop everything for him, What a whiner!!!! If Darcy would have had time to cut his hair then she would have done so. He must not have a whole lot to do as it looks as if he has over 1300 comments posted. Who does that? I see that he has several from McDonald’s. A McDonald’s is a McDonald’s. Good job Darcy! You have done a wonderful job for the past 20 plus years. I was in and out of there again today in less than 10 minutes as always.
