I already recommended this cute little salon to my sister. I went here in December for a hair cut and Balayage. It was a very good experience, nice conversation, located downtown, and prices were fair as well. I experienced higher quality hair salons out in Washington state and this place definitely replaces the hair dye styles that I like. She also uses Redken which is a company that I also use at home for haircare.

I had a appointment scheduled before I had to take a flight out of state. My appointment was canceled and she had rescheduled me. I reschedule my FLIGHT because I needed my hair done badly and was counting on the next appointment to get it done. I was already at the salon for my rescheduled appointment which was at 9am. I get a text saying sorry once again but I had to cancel your appointment, I was already there waiting for her only to cancel on me last minute. I’ve already spent money on postponing my flight for this appointment and gas back and forth from her canceling on me twice. I tried to be understanding and also let her know how I felt that it’s really unprofessional to do this. She then asks if I would like to reschedule again I said I understood her point of the story and asked when she was available again. In hopes that I could get in another appointment before I leave for my flight that I had postponed. Not only did I not get a response after the message was seen, I started to get random friend requests after messaging her on Instagram. Her boyfriend and other people that she knows are requesting me on Instagram and I have no clue why. If there was a personal matter or she didn’t want to service me that should of been said but it’s getting a little to weird for me at this point. I will no longer come to this salon after this experience. Her work is great but her professionalism could use some work. All I wanted was to get my hair done not once did I have an issue coming to this salon prior. I always tipped well and was always good energy coming into her business. But all of this drama over a hair service is unacceptable.

I have been going to Shannon to get my hair done for four years now. As long as she is in business, I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have drove 45+ minutes for a haircut because she is the best! I am very excited for her to be in franklin! I am a indecisive person when it comes to my hair because of its texture and thickness I fear breakage and ruining my curls. She has met my expectations and has always kept my hair healthy and feeling fresh. She is amazing, all you have to do is give her an idea of what you want and she hits the nail on the head. I have a ton of hair, usually takes a minimum of 2-3 hours to color my hair. Her prices are affordable and VERY reasonable for the work she puts into it. I have never left the salon unhappy. She also is very good at educating her clients on what products to use and how to care for your hair to keep it in the best shape and so it holds its color well. She is always a joy to be around and radiates positivity. You can tell her heart is put into what she does for a living. I have referred many friends to Shannon and I will always continue to do so! If you’re on the edge of giving Shannon a chance to work her magic on your hair, this is your sign! She does not disappoint!
