I’ve been going to Top Knot for over a year & I’m never leaving! I see Caitlyn for all things hair. I’d never put color in my hair but wanted to try something new. Caitlyn made me feel comfortable going into the appt. & thrilled coming out! The first time she hand painted dimension & I loved the balayage look! Second color I wanted fall/amber tones to switch it up- also loved! They also got me hooked to R+Co products since going. Their wedding hair & makeup is also impressive! I have been going to TopKnot to see Alex for my hair needs for a couple of years now. My experience has always been nothing but wonderful. Alex is very knowledgeable and I trust her with my extremely thick hair. Whenever I approach her with an idea, Alex is always honest on whether or not that outcome is possible without damaging my hair. I think it’s important that a hairstylist will step up and educate you on the process instead of just doing what you ask, ending with a poor result. I have been lightening my hair the past few visits and I absolutely love it! I feel so confident with my highlights and really fell in love with my hair. I have been going here every 8ish weeks since January 2018, which is the longest I have ever stuck with a stylist/salon. Alexandra always gives me the perfect blonde highlights and I have never left disappointed. Even after moving to Hamburg, I still continue to got to TopKnot because I feel comfortable knowing my hair will always look great, and that she will never get upset when I half fall asleep and don’t talk much because I am a mom of 3 and fully enjoy the “me time” that I get when I go there. Alexandra will always listen to what YOU want and I appreciate that. It is truly a salon worth visiting 🙂
