Top Knot provides a great atmosphere to get a haircut. The employees are very friendly and offer exellect hospitality. Gracie was able to book my appointment and cut my hair with in 48 hours. I had to film a commercial the next day, and she was able to work around our schedules to help me. 5/5 because I would recommend anyone get their haircut or styled there.

I had to have a color correction and shape up of a bad cut from another salon. Today, I got an appointment with a beautiful little pregnant Nichole, stylist. OMG……I can’t tell you what magic she worked on my hair. She got my hair back to the color I wanted, trimmed and styled it gorgeously. I haven’t felt this good about my hair for a long time. Nichole worked a miracle today!!!! In would highly recommend her if you are looking for a stylist. I will never go any where else again…..she is the best!!!!! Thank you, Nichole. You are totally awesome and do a fantastic job.

This place was great. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be a workplace that supports one another. Kelly worked hard to find me an appointment time in a pinch! This is a positive place to get your hair done. They did an awesome job adhering to best practices for COVID mitigation. Shay did my color and adjusted as needed with no hesitation, making sure I was comfortable and happy. Melanie was ordering coffees and offered to get me one for when I left the salon 🙂 I highly recommend! This was the second time Shay did my hair (once prior to COVID pandemic, and once today). A+ all around

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityPersonally, it takes a lot for me to take the time out of my schedule to write a review. However, I felt that it would be a disservice to my stylist not to commend her outstanding work.For reference, I have never had my hair colored before, so I was nervous to come in for a balayage. Briana eased all my concerns, and was extremely supportive in trying to achieve the results I desired. She was professional and kind throughout the appointment. At the end, when she revealed her work, I could NOT BELIEVE that she had transformed my hair into something I was proud to show off. She exceeded my wildest expectations for what my hair could look like.Honestly, I am thinking of something to critique about my experience so I can provide a holistic review. However, to be quite frank, the only thing that comes to mind is the location of the salon; it is a little far from my place (but this is definitely something out of Briana’s control)!I will definitely be returning to Briana again- she has a true talent for hair.Personally, it takes a lot for me to take the time out of my schedule to write a review. The ladies here are extremely friendly and fabulous! I have never colored my hair ever! Melanie worked with me to best match what I was looking for. She was very patient and walked me through this process. She cut and colored my hair and exceeded my expectations!!!!! My color is amazing and I LOVE it! I will definitely recommend Top Knot &Co. Had an appointment today 3/7/20 with Briana. My fiance had an appointment with Kayla yesterday. We both look and feel amazing! Bri rocked it! She trimmed up my dead ends, brought up my blonde which is a gorgeous shade, by the way. My fiance’s hair looks super nice and Kayla did a great job styling it! We were very impressed and will be returning!
