I’ve been to two of the stylists that work here. Both have been amazing. Teagan was my first stylist. She gave me my first pixie cut & I’m forever changed because of that. I then went to Phoebe who has mostly done trims but I feel gorgeous after each one. Everyone else who works there that I’ve interacted with have been amazingly kind & talented. The ambience of the salon is awesome (especially if you’re a recovering emo).

Got a perm and haircut from Phoebe. She did an excellent job and the entire staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. I was a little nervous getting a men’s haircut as I traditionally go to barbershops, but she did a great job and was surprisingly fast

New to the area and looked up hair salons near me. Picked Top Image by luck. Was put with Esmeralda and she was fantastic! She took time to listen, go over options, and gave me the perfect look. But it wasn’t just her. They were all so friendly! I was welcomed in immediately. They all supported each other and gave advice. Left there feeling awesome and with my next appt booked.

I went here Friday for my birthday had my hair & nails done. Was told to wait 24-48 hours before washing my hair so the color didn’t fade. I followed those instructions & the color has faded & it’s not been a week. Had my nails done, two nails broke in half by mid day Saturday, while doing nothing . I feel as if I wasted $200 when I could have went to Walmart & spent $ 10 for the same quality. I can say I got a nice haircut, that’s the positive side to this.

Teagan is not only amazing and hair cut AND color (going blonde, so lightening), but I knew she was the stylist for me when she didn’t try to put a bunch of junk in my hair before drying it OR didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products. She never has. And seriously, finding a good stylist that clicks with you/your hair is almost as impossible as finding the right partner! There are other salons in SM that you can pay $300 for the full “blonde experience” but nah, I’ll stick with Top Image where they keep it real!
