I am new to Pomona and was in dire need of a trim. I googled ‘haircut near me’ and Top Hair Design was pretty close. So I took a chance and walked in. I got a dry haircut – something I usually stay away from but I’m on a budget right now. The man did a great job, didn’t cut too much off and gave me some pretty layers. Exactly what I wanted. And it was only $18!! (for long hair, 15 for short) Can’t beat that! I will be back, thank you Top Hair!

Definitely ask for one of the 3 people that have work there the longest. The new guy completely hacked my son’s hair. I repeatedly had to show him areas that were uncut or uneven on a simple boys haircut.
