This place is comical. They asked me for their tip BEFORE performing the service since I said I would be paying with a card. Then if you give a small tip they barely do any work on you! Why would I give you a large tip for a service you haven’t given yet?! What’s crazier? They asked for ANOTHER tip at the end. If I wanted a massage to feel like I was just putting lotion on my body then I would’ve done that at home! Terrible customer service and they’re always screaming at eachother from different rooms. Here’s a tip: Please take a lesson in hospitality and customer service. For everyone else: Save your money and go somewhere else!

I have a great experience every time I come here. I worked with Mike and Amy. They are true healers with strong intent to heal. I’ve never felt like this leaving a spa like Massage Envy. Please make sure you take care of these off the charts therapists. They work hard and charge far under the market rate. Great great experience. I feel like a new person.

I’ve come to this place a few times now. I’m always satisfied or very satisfied with how the massages turn up. The masseuses are quite good and very focused when they give you a massage. This place is a nice Hidden Gem in the North Hollywood area where you can escape from all the busy activities of your day, or the stress of your job. As of March 2017 it cost $25 for a foot massage, and $50 for a full body massage. If you want a good firm and strong massage, ask for Tony.

This place is a joke. We called being 3 min away to see if they had 2 spaces available for a foot massage. The women over the phone said yes come on in. As soon as we get there she says she doesn’t have 2 spots available because someone else walked in. I went on and asked why she would do that if we just called and said we would be there in 3 min.

Do not waste your money and time coming to this place. They made us wait almost 2 hours. When finally they started giving us the massage, they kept coming in and out of the room. Also one of the girl kept on texting while giving me the massage with one hand. Constantly talking on their language. At the end they only gave us 45 minutes instead of the 60 minutes we paid. Very rude people when we asked them to complete the time we paid. At the end we left without giving them a tip and they got more furious. NEVER AGAIN TO THE PLACE

They just RE-OPENED closed for remodeling. They added a really nice FOOT SCRUB to the Foot Massage in which they message head to toes, every so nice… All for only $25.00… I go monthly been going there for years. I take all my friends visiting from Boston there, and they LOVE IT!!!
